#13: Journaling (Tools of Transformation) (Kabbalistic Mystic)
Keeping a journal is one of the most powerful tools for self-transformation. It allows us to have a friend who cannot and will not judge us, a personal mirror to witness ourselves in the moment and over time, and a way to access our subconscious safely and intimately.
In this Episode I host Diane Sherman, MA. Diane is a teacher and an artist. For the last 25 years, she taught Yoga, Ayurveda, and various forms of creative expression including Journaling. Diane holds a master degree of Arts and Consciousness from JFK University. Her mission – to help people live life as authentically as possible – and to obtain inner and outer freedom.
Episode 13 is the third one in a series I call Tools of Transformation. In it, Diane share tips and techniques so we can turn our journal into a powerful tool of inner liberation. She talks about how to eliminate various judgments about our writing practice, how to access our subconscious mind in new and unique ways and how utilize the power of intention to make Journaling more potent.
